Confirm access and parking

Check estate rules, loading bays, lift booking requirements and security access. If parking is far from the door, share that information before delivery.

Clear the room before arrival

Move coffee tables, rugs, plants and decor before delivery. The team should be able to place the sofa without risking walls, floors or furniture already in the room.

Inspect before final placement

Check the fabric, legs and frame before the sofa is positioned. Take photos if anything looks wrong and keep packaging until you are comfortable with the condition.
